The LGF told Gaylife, “We will still continue to open our building 10am-8pm on weekdays, offering a full range of services including support groups, mental health and wellbeing services and sexual health testing. Our Village Angels volunteers will also be out and about as usual in Manchester’s Gay Village from 9pm-3am, every Friday and Saturday night, to help keep revellers safe and to offer friendly non-judgemental advice and support. This is hopefully a temporary situation and we will let you know as soon as possible when our Helpline and pop-in services resume as normal.”
